Ingredients
Scale
1 puff pastry sheet
4 – 6 tbsp tomato sauce
Cherry tomatoes
Sundried tomatoes
Olives
Feta Cheese
Fresh Basil
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves of garlic
Instructions
Buy premade puff pastry dough to save yourself the effort. It’s just as good as homemade! Thaw the dough per the instruction on the package.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Unroll the dough onto a foil or parchment-lined baking tray. Leave whole or cut into smaller pieces if making individual pieces/appetizer sizes. Cutting the dough in half or even smaller portions will also allow you to customize the ingredients for multiple people.
Add a layer of tomato sauce, leaving about 1 – 1 1/2 inches free from sauce around the edges. This will be the “crust.”
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and add a layer to the puff pastry. Add on the other toppings including the feta, sundried tomato, and olives.
In a bowl, melt some butter and garlic in the microwave for 30 seconds. You can also use roasted garlic for this step.
Use a brush to brush the free edges of the puff pastry in the garlic butter.
Place the baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes or according to package instructions.
